Creative Care, Inc. specializes in high-quality specialized hosiery, medical garments, and comfort products.

  • Primary Geographic Focus: Standard website checkout and automated shipping rates are configured exclusively for residents within the contiguous United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & International Inquiries: While automated online checkout serves the contiguous U.S., we accommodate shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other select locations on an individual basis via custom shipping quotes. Customers outside the contiguous United States must contact us directly or submit an order for manual freight quoting prior to fulfillment.
  • Acceptance: By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and agree to adhere to these Terms.

2. Orders, Fulfillment, and Minimums

  • Shipments & Freight: Standard online checkout and automatic flat/carrier rates apply exclusively to the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other destinations require a custom shipping quote. For these destinations, orders may be placed on hold while our team calculates accurate carrier rates and contacts you to confirm the final shipping total prior to payment processing and dispatch.
  • Order Processing & Packaging: Orders are processed and packed with care. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for standard packaging and handling prior to shipment. We will ship sooner whenever possible.
  • International / Cross-Border Shipments: Processing and transit times for shipments to Canada or other international destinations may vary depending on customs clearing procedures and destination carrier handoffs. Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Minimum Order Quantities: Certain specialized products (such as SoftStep™ socks) may require a minimum purchase quantity per order. Minimums, if applicable, are clearly indicated on individual product pages.
  • Handling Fees: We do not charge handling fees on standard retail orders.

3. Billing & Payment Processing

  • Merchant of Record: All credit card and electronic payment transactions are processed and billed by our affiliate parent entity, Comfort Products Inc.
  • Billing Descriptor: Transactions on your credit card or bank statement will appear as Comfort Products Inc. or Comfort Products.
  • Currency: All prices listed on our site and transactions processed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payment Gateways: Payments are securely handled through authorized third-party payment processors (including Clover). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are entirely error-free or that your device’s display will accurately reflect actual colors.
