Shipments
While most products have no minimum order requirements, certain specialized items—such as SoftStep socks—may require a minimum quantity per order as specified on the product page. There are no handling charges. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for packaging and handling. We will ship sooner whenever possible.
Billing
Please note: All credit card transactions will be processed and charged by Comfort Products Inc. This name will appear on your credit card statement.
Returns
Standard items must be returned within 60 days of the invoice date. No returns shall be accepted after 60 days. A return authorization (RA) must be obtained from Creative Care prior to returning any merchandise.
When requesting a return authorization, please furnish:
- Invoice number
- Specific item being returned
- Quantity involved
- Reason for return
